Nicole is a sixth-year Clinical Psychology doctoral student and is currently completing her clinical internship year at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. She graduated from Emory University in 2017 with a B.A. in Psychology, Mathematics and Russian. Before attending Temple University, she was a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the NIMH studying the neural underpinnings of affective dysregulation, social valuation, and decision making in rhesus macaque monkeys. Nicole\u2019s research interests involve the clinical manifestations of emotional dysregulation (e.g., Intermittent Explosive Disorder), as well as its transdiagnostic correlates (e.g., aggression and self-harm). She is particularly interested in the cognitive, affective, and associated neural changes that arise throughout psychotherapeutic intervention for these conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
