Matthew Monteleone

Matthew Monteleone is a senior at Temple University, majoring in Psychology. He is also part of the Temple University Honors College, as well as the Temple University Psychology Honors Program. The MAD Lab is the first lab he has been involved in, and he is eager to acquire the necessary skills and experience needed to one day conduct his own clinical research. He is particularly interested in how certain environmental and developmental factors contribute to psychopathology, and how such factors can be mitigated in order to prevent psychopathology from occurring. In his spare time, Matthew likes to sing and write short stories and novellas. After graduation, he hopes to attend graduate school with the goal of earning a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology or a Psy.D., in order to become a licensed clinical therapist.
