Venue and Accommodation

The conference will take place at AVRA Imperial Hotel / Crete, Greece, which is located 15 miles west of Chania.
The conference activities will be held at the state of the art AVRA Imperial Hotel Conference Center.
A block of rooms at a special conference rate has been reserved at AVRA Imperial Hotel for the participants of the conference.
The negotiated rates for the Low-Q 2023 participants are:

Deluxe Room Single Use:

110€ per room, per day (15 – 18/05/2023) and 140€ per room, per day (19 – 21/05/2023)

Deluxe Room Double Use:

130€ per room, per day  (15 – 18/05/2023) and 165€ per room, per day (19 – 21/05/2023)

The above prices are on Half Board basis and include all taxes, except for the overnight tax 4€ per room, per night, which will be paid by the guests upon checkout.

The rates include breakfast and lunch, as well as the full access to hotel facilities (spa, pools, gym, etc.). Please note that the room availability at AVRA is limited to 25 rooms.

For the room reservations, a booking code associated with the Low-Q 2023 workshop has been created and has to be applied following the instructions given below:

 Room reservations are now open from 14/05 till 21/05/2023 (last check out 22/05/2023).

 The following procedure has to be followed:

 On the field booking code add the code NUCLEON2023 and click on the button “Apply Code”.

(please note: select the tab “booking code” and not any similar field e.g. “voucher” etc)

Add the days of the stay (starting from 14/05) and proceed with the booking.

Please note that the special rate will be available only until April 15th 2023.

For conference participants that wish to make different accommodation arrangements and do not wish to stay at AVRA, there are plenty of choices in the area, as well as in the city of Chania (~30 mins drive from the conference). Please note that in such a case the breakfast & lunch at AVRA will not be available for these participants. Crete is a popular touristic destination and it is highly recommended that participants make their accommodation arrangements as soon as possible.
