This is a signature event hosted annually to commemorate who Dr. King was and how we can forward his mission as future physicians of our generation. As part of this year\u2019s program, we are excited to welcome award-winning journalist, critically acclaimed author, and Temple alumnus&nbsp;Solomon Jones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the spirit of this year&#8217;s theme &#8220;MLK Day &#8211; More than Just a Day,&#8221; students are expected to volunteer at <strong>minimum 2 hours<\/strong> by the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">end of March<\/span>.
