On Monday, January 15, 2024, the Community Service Board in collaboration with the offices of Medical Education, Student Support, and Health, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will be hosting our MLK Day of Activism and Service. This is a signature event hosted annually to commemorate who Dr. King was and how we can forward his mission as future physicians of our generation. As part of this year’s program, we are excited to welcome award-winning journalist, critically acclaimed author, and Temple alumnus Solomon Jones.
In the spirit of this year’s theme “MLK Day – More than Just a Day,” students are expected to volunteer at minimum 2 hours by the end of March. Upon completion of your service, please complete this short form for confirmation of hours!
