In an effort to centralize and streamline community service, we have guidelines for those who are seeking funding and/or approval for the yearly club service requirement from the Community Service Board. For those who are not seeking funding and/or approval, you may submit your form any time, but we still ask that a form be submitted so we may keep track of service at LKSOM.
To submit a proposal/project for us to consider, please first submit a Proposal/Pre-Event Form:
Please fill this out to the best of your ability (ideally, please submit your proposal one month before your proposed start date to ensure adequate time for the funding process). After submitting your proposal, you may be invited to present/discuss your service initiative to the SGA Community Service Board meetings.
