“How do you talk about Tech Support without being a  ‘Super Geek’?!”

These are the words of my co-worker, Angel, after I told her that I was going to write about working in LTS. Angel has learned a lot about today’s technology while working here at Paley Library. She learned how to construct Ethernet cables from scratch as well as how to image computers! With my supervisor, Sukhi, I learned how to create this very website! Working in LTS is a very hands-on experience that we can all appreciate.  The student staff (myself included) would agree that LTS is a learning facility as well as a second family. We learn together (about hardware and software), we work together (as a team), and best of all, we celebrate together (graduations and new jobs)! Check out the student staff here!
