Welcome to Library Technology Services (LTS)

LTS supports the mission of the Libraries by providing a reliable, accessible, and secure technology infrastructure as well as user support services for students, faculty, administrative staff and members of the local community. Our services apply to users in any of the Main Campus Libraries, the Ambler Campus Library and the Health Sciences Libraries as well as users accessing library resources remotely. We partner with other units in the Libraries and Computer Services with the goal of meeting the needs of our patrons in the most efficient and user friendly way possible.

We aim to be a one-stop solution for all your library technology needs. If you are a Student, Faculty or Staff member with questions regarding library-owned computers and installed applications, printers, scanners and other peripherals, smart classroom and meeting room technology, wireless access, access to online research databases, or any other library technology related questions, you can ask them of us.
