He fought for reformed public housing and against discrimination. He was a leader in the Jewish community of Philadelphia, and was a key figure in the city\u2019s reform movement and one of the authors of the 1951 Home Rule Charter. This program and panel discussion will focus on the legacy and impact of Judge Freedman and the reform movement.
