Turn in your application to the Dean&#8217;s suite on the Mezzanine of Paley Library, or complete an <a href=\"http:\/\/library.temple.edu\/about\/prize\/howtoapply.jsp?bhcp=1\">online applicatio<\/a>n through blackboard.
