Well, the folks at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtvu.com\/\">MTVU<\/a>\u00a0recently gave a group of faculty members a chance to react &#8211; on camera &#8211; to comments their students posted about them at RMP. The videos found at &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtvu.com\/on_mtvu\/professors_strike_back\/\">Professors Strike Back<\/a>&#8221; make for compelling drama, entertainment and even a few &#8220;stop and think about that&#8221; moments.<\/p>\n<p>Even better, two professors from Temple University are among those featured.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtvu.com\/video\/?id=1579665&amp;vid=203448\">Terence Oliva<\/a>, of the Marketing Department, and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtvu.com\/video\/?id=1579221&amp;vid=202151\">Laura Shinn<\/a>, of the Economics Department, share thoughtful comments about Rate My Professor. But I have to say that one of my favorites comes from Professor\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtvu.com\/video\/?id=1571858&amp;vid=181332\">David Linton\u00a0<\/a>at Marymount Manhattan College. I&#8217;d like every student to spend 20 seconds to hear what he has to say about college. In short he says, it&#8217;s not about getting a degree &#8211; it&#8217;s about getting an education.
