Since, gyms are closed and everyone is practicing social distancing, people have to find new ways to stay active.
Fitness coach, Sajie Jay has moved her platform to virtual training. She frequently checks in with her clients via text and also interacts with them on social media as they share their workout videos.
Jay, also created a 30-day fitness to keep her clients active during the quarantine.
Jay adds that the best workouts to do during this time are high-intense interval training such as burpees, jumping jacks and jump rope.
