Students Evacuate Campus Mid-Semester

Posted on March 13, 2020 by Kendall Bunch

Temple University is closing their doors for the remainder of the semester and requires students to move back home by late next week.

The spread of the coronavirus has forced schools around the country to temporarily close. Students at Temple University will resume their classes online beginning Monday.

Resources such as the Tuttelman Counseling Center will shift their services to online access. International students will be allowed to stay on campus and will be accommodated to their needs.

Parents are not taking too kindly to the decision of the university to close their doors for the rest of the semester.

“I don’t like it,” Temple University parent said.

Graduation plans have yet to be announced.
