We want the school to deal with them, not the cops. The obvious alternatives to this are access to counseling, teachers trained on how to deal with student behavior, and principals working with parents. While Philadelphia County has a diversionary program to address these issues and some counties in Western PA, including Allegheny County, have been studied in depth, the collar counties have been largely untouched. These counties include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Chester<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Bucks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Montgomery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Delaware<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Of the 61 districts in these counties, 22 of them have police officers placed in their schools.
