I am a dedicated healthcare professional and educator with over 19 years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities. My career began in social work, where I spent nine years advocating for vulnerable populations, connecting individuals with essential resources, and developing a deep understanding of the social factors that influence health and well-being. Those experiences strengthened my compassion, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the past 10 years, I have worked as a registered nurse, providing compassionate, evidence-based care across diverse clinical settings. My nursing experience has reinforced the importance of critical thinking, collaboration, and lifelong learning in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an educator, my mission is to prepare the next generation of nurses to become knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate professionals. I strive to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, think critically, and apply evidence-based practice to real-world clinical situations.
