As a reminder, our new IT Service Management platform, TeamDynamix (TDX), will officially launch on July 15, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session will run for approximately 90 minutes and is designed to walk you through key features in TDX, such as creating tickets, managing queues, and supporting services. The training will be recorded and made available to anyone that cannot attend the live\u00a0event.\u00a0
Get a Head Start<\/strong>
If you’d like to start exploring TDX early, we recommend that you follow the\u00a0self-paced\u00a0Technician Training<\/a>. It includes short, focused modules on various topics such as working tickets, using the dashboards, and understanding the layout of the system.
Helix Transition Reminders<\/strong>
As we move toward the launch, Helix support will be limited to queue changes and break\/fix requests only. We\u2019ll also send out a separate notification when incoming email tickets begin routing to TDX instead of Helix.
