To ensure a smooth transition, training will be provided for all users in the two-week period leading up to the launch. The training sessions will help to familiarize you with TDX, from creating tickets and managing queues to supporting services.
We will also notify you when the deadline is set for incoming emails to start creating tickets in TDX instead of Helix.
Helix Request Limitations \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b
\u200b<\/strong>As we shift focus to TDX, Helix-related support will be limited to queue changes and break\/fix requests only.
