Peer Mentors support Leadership & Career Studies students at Temple University by focusing on the student’s unique academic objectives and needs in addition to identifying extra-curricular interests, accessing Temple resources, and encouraging academic and social success in college life. They are required to work one-on-one with the Leadership & Career Studies student at least 10 hours a week.
