The above image shows a completely empty and lifeless Polett Walk. Usually packed with students and an abundance of liveliness, it has been rendered completely barren by the pandemic. It is a reflection of a drastic change in the lives of students as they are no longer able to walk to their classes, eat in restaurants, or be around one another without serious fear. This problem exist solely because of the COVID-19 pandemic which has made it highly inadvisable to gather in large groups, especially in public. As for now, there is nothing that anyone can do about this issue except wait for a vaccine and do their best not to spread the virus so that the pandemic will come to an end more quickly.
