Applications for the 2025 awards are due by <strong>January 31, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now is a great time to consider recommending a deserving student to apply for these prestigious scholarships. The awards available are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/ieeephillystudent\/leadership-award\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10\">IEEE Student Branch Leadership Scholarship<\/a><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three scholarships of $6,000 each (distributed in three installments)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/ieeephillystudent\/ieee-philadelphia-section-student-awards\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"7\">IEEE Philadelphia Student Member Award (Alan Kirsch Award)<\/a><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One $500 scholarship, presented at the IEEE Philadelphia Annual Awards Banquet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Each year in January, the IEEE Philadelphia Section selects two scholarship recipients to recognize outstanding student members.
