Temple University\u2019s Composites Laboratory is directed by <a href=\"https:\/\/engineering.temple.edu\/directory\/parsaoran-hutapea-hutapea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Prof. Parsaoran Hutapea<\/a>. Our lab focuses on fundamental mechanics research on design of medical devices. Our lab has been supported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/cdmrp.health.mil\/pcrp\/default\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Department of Defense CDMRP Prostate Cancer Research Program<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onr.navy.mil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Department of Defense Office of Naval Research<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nsf.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Science Foundation<\/a>.
