New publication in PNAS

I’m thrilled to be part of the team led by Dr. Isabelle Anguelovski to publish this important opinion piece on environmental gentrification in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences: “Why green “climate gentrification” threatens poor and vulnerable populations”

This article details the emergence of “green climate resilience” as a type of climate injustice that can lead to the residential and social displacement of low-income communities, people of color, and migrant communities.
