PDF forms are perfect for these scenarios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article won&#8217;t go into creating a form from scratch\u2014 it only focuses on adding fields. You should now have a grid of form fields with different names.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fixing the Alignment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The &#8216;Create Multiple Copies\u2026&#8217; dialogue did not align perfectly with our form&#8217;s grid. We need to fix this manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, we still haven&#8217;t created fields for the other columns of our PDF. This is intentional.
