STRESSED? FIVE WAYS TEA CAN REDUCE ANXIETY
When: 9-10 a.m. EDT
Many people turn to tea for comfort and health, as its properties of boosting the immune system, battling disease, and even helping weight loss are well-recognized. Join the Confucius Institute at Temple University for a talk with our local tea master, John Smagula, about Chinese tea culture and how tea can help you de-stress and reduce anxiety.

He maintains a bilingual Chinese-English blog (WeChat ID: laosangshuo) with regular content that helps students to study foreign languages, achieve goals, and live positively.
