Jessie Brain<\/strong> is the Manager of GIS Services and Technology at Center City District. In this role, she conducts spatial analyses and develops cartographic projects across various departments, including On-Street Operations, Economic Development, and Marketing, utilizing ESRI products. Jessie also manages the ArcGIS Portal and co-leads the biannual retail survey using ArcGIS FieldMaps. Before joining Center City District, she worked as a data analyst at fullthrottle.ai, an advertising software company. Jessie holds a Professional Science Master’s in Geographic Information Systems from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from La Salle University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trey Barnes<\/strong> is a Data\/Quality Assurance Engineer at Asset Vue LLC. The role entails implementing ETL(Extract, Transform, Load) processes for clients in both the public and private sectors. Solutions vary from client to client with most being built from SQL, Python and Microsoft Tools. The quality assurance portion includes working with web and mobile applications to ensure enhancements and functionalities are working as designed. Trey holds a Professional Science Master\u2019s in Geographic Information Systems from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Production with a concentration in Media Analysis from Temple University.<\/p>\n\n\n

TJ Hare<\/strong> is a GIS & Data Analyst for the CoLab project, hosted by the District Attorney\u2019s Transparency Analytics (DATA) Lab at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. In his role in this community engagement project, he serves as the data liaison to the CoLab’s partner organizations. After earning an Associate\u2019s degree in Secondary Education, he moved to Philadelphia in 2017 to serve the students at Thomas Alva Edison High School through the AmeriCorps program City Year. This experience led him to attend Temple University, where his studies in the Geography & Urban Studies department focused on issues affecting Philadelphia neighborhoods. Since graduating in 2021 as a first-generation college student, he has worked in a number of geospatial roles at mission-focused organizations such as Ballotpedia and Azavea. TJ has lived, worked, and volunteered in neighborhoods across Philadelphia, including in West, North, the Northeast, and South. In his current role he aims to combine the technical skills he has gained and his commitment to serving others to center the voices of Philadelphians by assisting community-based organizations in accessing, analyzing, and disseminating data to tell their own stories.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
