I earned a Ph.D. in Economics<\/strong> from the Univesity of California, Berkeley<\/strong>, an M.A<\/strong>. in Economics<\/strong>, and a B.A<\/strong>. in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I joined Temple University’s School of Business and Management in 1984, serving as the chairman of the Finance Department<\/strong>. In 1990 I joined Temple University’s Economics Department<\/strong>. I retired in 2023 and now enjoy life as a Professor Emeritus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I held visiting appointments at the University of Pennsylvani<\/strong>a, the Technion<\/strong> (Israel Institute of Technology), and Sofia University<\/strong> in Bulgaria. I was a faculty member in the Economics Department of Tel Aviv University<\/strong>.
