Before submitting, make sure your materials meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm all event details are correct (Date, time, location, spelling, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size of the slide&nbsp;should be <strong>1920&#215;1080<\/strong> &#8211; anything less that this will not display correctly and will be returned to you to adjust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File type should be <strong>.jpg or .png<\/strong> &#8211; multiple files\/slides should be put into ppt or pdf format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File must be named in the correct format:<strong> SPO_ShortContentName_ExpirationDate <\/strong>(Date slide should be removed from the screens after the event).<strong> For example:&nbsp;AIS_WelcomeBack_9.25<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use URLs &#8211; please utilize a QR code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do NOT use Temple, Fox, or STHM logos as these are not official marketing materials. <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/finance.temple.edu\/sites\/finance\/files\/documents\/Trademark%20and%20Logo%20Guidelines%20for%20Student%20Organizations.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trademark and Logo Use Guidelines for Student Organizations<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slides with questionable content will not be posted.
