{"id":488,"date":"2024-09-20T14:09:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-20T18:09:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/foxcollegecouncil\/?page_id=488"},"modified":"2025-02-21T09:38:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T14:38:29","slug":"fox-event-policies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/foxcollegecouncil\/fox-event-policies\/","title":{"rendered":"Fox Event Policies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Please review the <a href=\"https:\/\/acrobat.adobe.com\/link\/track?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:a13df7b2-7e0a-3b48-955c-4336d06fb0cb\">Fox School of Business Event Policy &amp; Procedures document<\/a> and contact <a href=\"mailto:nstili@temple.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nicole Stilianos<\/a> with any questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Room Reservations<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SPO weekly meeting rooms are automatically booked by the College Council advisor (Sarah) and typically stay the same from semester to semester (unless there is a conflict with the class schedule, which you will be notified of), or if your SPO requests a different room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Room size has been assigned to SPOs based on estimated member attendance reported via Suitable QR scans during meetings &#8211; make sure you are posting your events to Suitable and your members are scanning the QR codes during meetings!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classrooms for additional events or joint meetings within the Fox event hours of operation can typically be booked as needed <strong>with at least 48 hours notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fox Event Hours of Operation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday-Thursday \u2013 8am-8pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday \u2013 8am-5pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saturday-Sunday \u2013 8am-5pm with minimum 4 weeks\u2019 advance notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Larger event spaces (The Egg &amp; 7th floor MBA Commons)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At this time, Fox Operations cannot accommodate large event spaces after hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SPOs may only hold events in the Commons spaces through an academic department within Fox &#8211; contact your SPO\u2019s department or faculty advisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If chairs and\/or tables are needed, the department must submit a facilities request for setup (for a fee \u2013 the department can request a quote first in TUmarketplace).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please review the Fox School of Business Event Policy &amp; Procedures document and contact Nicole Stilianos with any questions.
