{"id":18,"date":"2022-12-16T15:02:24","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T20:02:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/foxcollegecouncil\/?page_id=18"},"modified":"2023-03-28T14:53:21","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T18:53:21","slug":"annual-report-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/foxcollegecouncil\/annual-report-guidelines\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual Report Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SPOs are required to submit an Annual Report to the President and Advisor of College Council at the end of each academic year.&nbsp;Here are the steps you must take to complete your report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Please include a cover page on your report with the name of your Organization. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Please submit one succinct, complete report, not multiple documents.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Membership<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>List of paid members with Emails and TUIDs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comparison of membership numbers to last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activities designed to increase membership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Programs and Activities<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>List of speakers who came in, where they were from, the dates of the meetings, and the number of attendees if known.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other events &#8211; mock interviews, dressing for success, career fairs, etc., and the number of attendees if known (refer to your allocation reports).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional development events &#8211; conferences, etc., and the number of attendees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in College Council activities (Blood Drive, Food Drive, Clothing Drive, Cherry Pantry, etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awards &#8211; any recognition received this year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fundraising<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dues structure &#8211; how much goes to National Organization (if applicable) and what students get for their dues. Can non-dues paying members still attend events?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundraising activities &#8211; what were the activities, and how much was earned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How money from dues and other funds received are used&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Community Service<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify activities &#8211; block clean-ups, organization in the surrounding Philadelphia area etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify who was served &#8211; hospital, high school, etc..
