This site is our online hub for reflections from the Fair Play: Dublin program.
Daily Diaries
Everyday, you will write a Daily Reflection post. As an author, you have the ability to create your own posts for this site that will be attributed to you. Make sure that you categorize these posts as “Daily Diaries” so that they appear in the correct part of the site.
Each day, you need to take a moment and reflect on what we’ve experienced. These posts are generally free-flowing, but there are some requirements that must be met:
- Each post must be 250 words OR 90 seconds of video content
- If you are writing your post, you must include at least 1 photo
- Your post must be published before midnight local time
- In the title of your post, include the day that you’re reflecting on (for example, “Hannah’s Monday Musings”)
Here are some ideas for posts:
- 3, 2, 1!
- Peaks and Valleys of the Day – Share your highest moments along with your lowest and discuss what you learned from both
- A Uniquely Irish Moment – Share something that you saw/learned that you never would have in the US
- Hey, I Could Do That! – Were you particularly inspired by a professional that we met today? Write about what you learned and how this could potentially impact your professional future
Dublin On Your Own
We will also share our solo adventures on this site! When you write this post, be sure to categorize it as “Dublin On Your Own”. Ideally these posts are full of photos, video clips, or even sound bytes to immerse your peers in your unique experience. Share not only what you did, but also what you learned from the experience – about this city AND about yourself.
