Hey everyone!!

I’m Mia Callejas 🙂 I’m currently in the airport waiting to board! The anticipation is too much, really. This is my first study abroad/Klein GO experience and I can’t wait! I’ve been obsessed with the idea of going to Ireland for the past year and it’s crazy to me that it’s actually happening, especially revolving around a class that I find very important.

Here’s some basic info about me:

I’m a junior Media Studies and Production Major with a strong passion for content creation and pop culture! I am a content creator for Klein, so you’ll always catch me with my camera out (it’s my job, you can’t blame me). I’m also trying to get into photography, so if you want any pictures, ask me!

While I’m thrilled to be getting 3 credits out of this experience, what I most hope to gain is connection. Not only do I want to connect with you all, but I also want to connect with locals of Ireland! I hope to work and live abroad one day, and this is a perfect opportunity to make connections and start making that a reality.

Outside of a school setting, I’m a very big music lover, so if niche (and not so niche) queer music is your thing, we’ll get along great 🙂
