Fall of 2024, our chapter is excited to host the Engineers Without Borders Southeast Pennsylvania Regional Conference for students, mentors, and professionals. This event is taking place on the weekend of October 16th –17th on Temple University’s campus.
We will hold panels and workshops from knowledgeable figures involved in the areas of international cooperation, water, and sustainability. Through this program, attendees will learn and talk about the potential challenges of completing projects abroad, the importance of water access for global health, and the impacts of implementing community gardens in local communities. These topics, among others, align with the vision of EWB USA for a world where “every leader is equipped to build and every community built to thrive.”
Our chapter is still working on finalizing the exact schedule of events and confirmed speakers. Stay tuned for these updates in the coming weeks!
