As a student chapter, Temple Engineers Without Borders raises funds to continue working on our international project, local projects, and to host various professional and social events throughout the school year.
These funds are raised through multiple streams. Most small projects and events are funded by maintaining the highest involvement stats with Temple’s student activity department, but implementing our large-scale sanitation solution in Ecuador is estimated to have a budget of $60,000. Hence, major fundraising endeavours for this project include seeking company sponsorships, hosting an annual gala in the spring, and keeping an up-to-date fundraising page on Classy. Other fundraising methods include applying for grants, biweekly bake sales, and volunteering multiple times per month at the Liacouras Center.
Stay tuned for updates on our gala this year! To donate directly to the Ecuador project, follow the link at the bottom of this website. We appreciate all contributions to helping us help underserved communities locally and internationally.
