For additional information, please visit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.temple.edu\/academics\/degree-programs\/psychology-phd-la-psy-phd\/cla-psychology-phd-admissions\">https:\/\/www.temple.edu\/academics\/degree-programs\/psychology-phd-la-psy-phd\/cla-psychology-phd-admissions<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong>Prospective Undergraduate Research Assistants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are <strong>not <\/strong>currently accepting applications for an undergraduate research assistant position this fall (2026). <em>Note: a two year commitment is generally desired.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH: <\/strong>Opportunities for students interested in collaborative research are available. Collaborative research students are required to perform some administrative duties, assist in data collection, facilitate interventions for children with behavior problems, and organize data. In addition, students will read research articles and attend weekly lab meetings. Students will earn 3 credits for 9 hours of work per week in the laboratory. Collaborative research in the laboratory will count toward the Collaborative Research 1 or 2 course credit (PSYCH 3791 or 3891).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HONORS:<\/strong>&nbsp;Students who have been accepted into the Psychology Honors Program are invited to work in the lab. Responsibilities involve assisting faculty and staff with the basic administration of our psychology laboratory. Duties include assessing children, working with families, data entry, facilitating interventions for children with behavior problems, and assisting in participant recruitment. Students will design and present a project based on data collected in our lab. This position is for a minimum of 9 hours per week, with a minimum of a 1-year commitment to the lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VOLUNTEER:<\/strong> Students may volunteer in the lab. Responsibilities involve assisting faculty and staff with the basic administration of our psychology laboratory. Duties include data entry, facilitating participant recruitment, and data collection and data management.
