A long unmet need of the Southwest CDC,\u00a0this brownfields inventory is a key resource in identifying and prioritizing\u00a0brownfields and other underutilized sites for reuse and redevelopment.\u00a0Inventories like this can be challenging and time-consuming for communities\u00a0to assemble; however, once created, they have the potential to provide great\u00a0insight for future community planning and development efforts.
