About

Welcome to Temple University’s data.sciences network, a collaborative community interested in exploring, applying, and innovating the many facets of data sciences from analytics, UI/UX and visualization to big data and HPCs to machine learning and AI to ethics. data.sciences@temple brings together researchers, practitioners, and educators to share knowledge, develop collaborations, and advance ethical practices in these rapidly evolving fields. Whether you’re doing cutting-edge research, interested in professional training, or would like to explore the ethical implications of emerging technologies, our network provides a platform for growth, collaboration, and learning.

We plan to update this internal website regularly to provide Temple researchers, trainees, and students the latest in course and workshop offerings, unique Temple-made datasets, and access to each other. JOIN our data.sciences@temple network through our low-traffic listserv to learn about the latest events, workshops, and seminars including our inaugural symposium in early Fall 2025.

If you have any questions about the data.sciences network, please email the organizers, Konstantin Bauman (MIS/FOX, kbauman@temple.edu) and Rob Kulathinal (Biology/CST, robkulathinal@temple.edu).
