Her research centers on the community structure, ecological interactions, and trophodynamics of deep-sea ecosystems, including hydrocarbon seep communities and cold-water corals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Stabbins holds an M.S. in Marine Biology from Plymouth University and The Marine Biological Association in the UK, and earned her Ph.D. in Biology from Temple University.
