It provides Temple undergraduates the opportunity to work with Philadelphia-area organizations on projects that address unequal vulnerability to climate change impacts and related environmental injustices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We take a holistic approach to student development and aim to build a community of thinkers and doers who are committed to civic participation. Therefore, in addition to their internship placements, the program requires that students participate in a full-day orientation, bi-weekly professional development sessions, and a Community Showcase event. CJFS interns work 20 hours per week and receive a $3000 stipend.
