Meet the 2026 Cohort<\/font><\/p>\n

\n\"Avery\n<\/td>\n\nAriunjargal (Avery) Terbish<\/b> is a rising senior at Temple University majoring in Data Science with a minor in Environmental Studies. She is deeply motivated to put her skills in data analysis, spatial research, and environmental modeling to work for something that matters. This summer she is interning with Riverways, a nonprofit dedicated to clean and equitable water access across Philadelphia and Camden. She is working alongside the community through field data collection, sample analysis, and local events that bring environmental awareness directly to the people most affected by it.

\n\"Jonah\n<\/td>\n\nJonah Hudson<\/b> is a senior at Temple University completing a degree in Geography and Urban Studies with a GIS Certificate, graduating in Fall 2026. Jonah has worked on food access initiatives in Philadelphia and is committed to addressing social and environmental factors that create community health. Jonah is passionate about collaborating with community members, advocates, and policymakers to enhance equitable, sustainable, and resilient neighborhoods. Through the Climate Justice Field School (CJSF), Jonah is interning with HERE4CJ (Housing, Equity, Repair, and Electrification for Climate Justice), a coalition addressing public health, housing quality, climate resilience, and displacement through housing justice. This summer, he is supporting the coalition\u2019s Home Repair Program Expansion and PGW Energy Transition campaigns. By contributing to community outreach, policy initiatives, and GIS mapping, Jonah is helping advance efforts to expand municipal resources and promote climate-resilient communities in Philadelphia.

\n\"Yejide\n<\/td>\n\nYejide Fagoroye<\/b> is a Senior Environmental Studies Major at Temple University with an interest in environmental policy and urban planning. Yejide is passionate about Environmental Justice and urban systems through previous research, including the Spring 2026 LAURA fellowship, where she conducted research on Urban Agricultural policy and changes in Philadelphia during COVID. She is an intern at Transit Forward Philadelphia, helping advocate for equitable SEPTA services, particularly through community outreach for their Student Fare and Zero Fare campaign.<\/font>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n

\n\"Kiran\n<\/td>\n\nKiran Thomman<\/b> is a rising senior pursuing a BA in Geography and Urban Studies, a minor in Legal Studies, and a certificate in GIS. She is passionate about equitable housing opportunities, sustainable urban systems, environmental law, and policymaking. Through an internship with the Division of Energy and Climate Solutions in the City of Philadelphia\u2019s Office of Sustainability, she is developing tools and resources to support the Clean Energy Workforce Ecosystem and helping to develop robust pipelines for green jobs that support Philadelphia\u2019s net-zero decarbonization plan.<\/font>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n
