Carlos Córdoba is a professional with a diverse educational background, including an MBA, Master’s in Financial Management, Master’s in Economics, and a BS in Engineering. With over 15 years of experience in project preparation and evaluation, economic research, and public policy evaluation, Carlos has successfully navigated both the public and private sectors.
Carlos is also a tech enthusiast with a keen interest in analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing. He is certified by Bloomberg, Azure and AWS, which has helped him to develop his expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytics. Carlos has expertise in strategy and leadership, migration and development, education and social mobility, diversity, inclusion, and equity, data management, impact evaluation, and policy design.
Carlos is fluent in Spanish and English and has a basic understanding of French. In his free time, he enjoys amateur photography, running, and writing.
