Go!&#8221; to reduce the stress and make yourself feel better. First, you have to slow down and take a pause. Ask yourself, &#8220;What is happening to my body? What is going through my head?&#8221; Are you sweating, clenching your teeth, or shaking your hands? Are you talking negatively to yourself? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After becoming aware of these sensations and thoughts, ask yourself, &#8220;How can I help my body calm down? What thoughts will help me do what I need to do?&#8221; Use strategies like deep breathing, muscle relaxation, and exercise. Also, ask yourself coping thoughts like &#8220;What&#8217;s the worst thing that can happen?
