Complicated patterns with nanometer size can be easily fabricated by AFM nanolithography on the surface. The diffusion of adsorbed molecules can be investigated by STM and AFM on the boundary of patterned surface.<\/p><p>High Resolution Electrochemistry Investigation on the local electroactivity and charge transfer of the electrode surface by STM, AFM, etc.<\/p><p>Dr. Kyoungja Seo received her B.S. and Ph.D. from Chonbuk National University in Korea.
