Upon graduating from Temple University in 2007, Dan worked as an analytical chemist for Noramco Inc., a Jannsen Pharmaceutical Company of Johnson &amp; Johnson.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Thereafter, Dan attended law school where he served for one year as a student law clerk to the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, United States District Judge, District of Delaware. He also served as a Senior Staff Member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, president of the Intellectual Property Society, and was awarded the Bruce &amp; Elizabeth Monroe Intellectual Property Scholarship for his leadership and achievements relating to the study of IP law. In addition, Dan&#8217;s entry concerning certain copyright issues received first place recognition in the Pennsylvania Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section&#8217;s 2012 Writing Competition.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Currently, Dan is an associate in the Litigation Group of the Washington, D.C. law firm of Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein &amp; Fox P.L.L.C.
