I did my schooling in my hometown. In 2000, I joined the Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI) Karaikudi, to pursue my undergraduate degree (B.Tech) in Chemical &amp; Electrochemical Engineering. In CECRI, I had lab experience in Electrochemical Power sources such as fuel cells. My final dissertation project was entitled &#8220;Design of 1KW Polymer Electrolyte membrane fuel cells.&#8221; After graduating from CECRI, I had a chance to work in TVS Motor Company, (Third largest manufacturers of two wheelers in India) in Hosur, India. I worked there for two years in the materials department and understood good manufacturing concepts like JIT, TPM, etc. I had a chance to develop engine casting components and worked in field of Die casting.
