During his time in Austin, Cedric did experimental work on scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) and scanning electrochemical potential microscopy (SECPM) in Allen Bard\u2019s electrochemistry laboratory. During his time in Bordeaux, Cedric worked on Atomic Force Microscopy in liquid environments with applications to the study of enzymes (Jean Pierre Aime lab). In the summer of 2006 Cedric joined Professor Zenhausern\u2019s lab at the University of Arizona State College of Medicine in Phoenix where he spent 10 years developing\u00a0DNA forensic devices and novel biophysical approaches for medical\u00a0diagnostic. In 2017, he joined the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) in Barcelona, Spain to develop devices to test for bacterial contamination in industrial\u00a0waters.
