As fossil fuel supplies dwindle and their recovery costs and environmental impact increase, the need for alternative, renewable sources of energy becomes more pressing. Temple University researchers are developing multiple technical solutions to these challenges while at the same time building an understanding of the other dimensions (economic, legal, etc.) that ultimately contribute to decisions.
