You\u2019ve found a baby bird on the ground, apparently alone and in distress.&nbsp;Its tiny chirps may pull at your heartstrings, but stopping and assessing the situation is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can be tempting to spring into action\u2014but, not all baby birds need rescuing. If they do need your help, how to help them depends on a few factors: does this bird need immediate medical attention?
