The event will feature a keynote address from the University of North Carolina professor of history\, Dr. Wayne Lee\, author of Waging War: Conflict\, Culture and Innovation in World History (Twitter: @MilHist_Lee).   \nThe Barnes Club Conference will be held via ZOOM on Friday evening April 9 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM and Saturday\, April 10\, 2021\, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A former David J. Weber Fellow at the William P.
