Several papers ranked the first or second in the respective lists.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/citations?hl=en&amp;vq=eng_signalprocessing&amp;view_op=list_hcore&amp;venue=ttqq7mAN7lEJ.2020\">IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing<\/a> (h5-index: 97)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">S. Qin, Y. D. Zhang, and M. G. Amin, \u201cGeneralized coprime array configurations for direction-of-arrival estimation,\u201d IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, vol. 63, no. 6, pp. 1377-1390, March 2015. (410 citations; 2nd most highly cited paper in the list. Because the paper received the highest number of citations is an &#8220;overview paper&#8221;, this paper received most citations among &#8220;regular papers&#8221;.
