He will direct the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/aspl\/\">Advanced Signal Processing Laboratory<\/a>, which is located at Room 603 of the Engineering Building, 1947 North 12th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Founded in 1884, Temple University is a comprehensive public research university with more than 37,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.
